Shadow Valley Soap Vitamin ADE

Hi all, Finally on Tuesday afternoon I managed to reach a vet by phone,(her office was 60-65 miles from where I live). Local vet is still on vacation. I talked her into helping me over the phone. She said to give Wattles 2 cc's of LA200 twice a day and to worm her heavy(double dose). Also said to continue with vit.B shots and Magic as it wouldn't hurt her,but to stop the proplene glycol as it could become toxic to her. She said she has little experience with goats, mostly horses where she is and small pets etc. My question is how long do I continue the LA200 ? Wattles is appearing a little more mobil, she was losing weight fast,so I gave her grain yesterday, she seemes stronger, trys to run from us for the shots. She is not dragging her left leg as much either, but her tail is still crooked and turned to the left. Will this be a permanent thing? Will the grain hurt her at this point when it appears to give her more strength? Also Linda F. sugested that I get Dexamethosone and/or Pred F to give her, I never heard of thease meds. Where do I get them ? We have 1 small farm store within 30 miles from here or catalog order, which is slow receiving. How long before she can be with the rest of the herd,if it is Listerosis isn't she contagious? Sorry to sound so dumb but we never had problems with our beef cattle, and we are becoming discouraged. Thanks, Gloria
