Gloria,
Just in case it is meningeal worm I would also give her ivermectin injectible (1 cc per 50 lbs. for meningeal worm).
True, the deer can't jump over the fence, but the slugs that carry the parasite that the deer shed can and do crawl around and through the grass right under the fence.
We had that happen...luckily the vet caught it and treated the goat.
