I forgot to say something about listeriosis, it is a bacteria but I think it is contracted through ingestion, moldy hay, change in diet, worms. Humans can get it and so do other animals. But I don't believe it is known to be contagious. I would keep the doe from others until she was over this and has had a full course of antibotics, just so she dosen't get run down.
