hunched up kid

Busy time here at the message exchange. Now I need to ask some advice also. I have a 3 week old kid that has been a little slow from the start. one of triplets. I have bottled him 8oz 3x a day. He also nurses. He has had cdt shot. He is standing around more and hunched up a lot. No really big stretches or playing. doesn't seem bloated, always hungry, pees, but cant catch him pooping. Some times just cries.Put a little pinch of baking soda in milk. Any suggestions?
