So he is nursing on mama and you are supplementing him? I would watch him close to see if he is moving those bowels. If not, he should benefit from an enema.
Also, three weeks of age is the age they can have trouble with cocci. It wouldn't hurt to treat him for that.My vet told me that cocci does not always present with diarrhea, it can just cause a belly ache. Those are my two thoughts.Dalice
