I know at work when we have bottle lambs, the ones that are huntched over, usually kinda slab sided are usually just hungary. We try to supplement them a bit more and make sure they are getting their share.

Is it really cold out, is there any teeth grinding?

Be sure to keep watch on pnenomonia, it hits hard and fast esp on those weaker bottle ones. Everyone's suggestions are great, nutri-drench or other magic formulas help get a little more energy in his system that may help jumpstart him.

at week 3 you'd like to see a real bouncy kid... Our weather has been really crazy as of late.. not sure how yours is. Are they are any kind of starter feed? Did he get plenty of colostrum?

best of luck with him! we all hate seing a sick little one,
