Are you feeding him formula or goat milk. Could be like Lila says and he is not getting enough could also be that he is constipated that would explain the crying. Try to isolate him after you feed him, most babies will poop and pee after feeding. If he doesn't go poop I would take a warm wet cloth and try to stimulate him to go. Just a thought
