Absolutly she can go on a pack string, and a small pack wouldn't be to much at all. Does are just as robust if not more so than wethers. You would of course have to pack in her normal feed, unless she is used to milking on browse only, she will not be milking when you come out! :) You will want to take the utmost care in the picking out of your doe, make sure her daughters, mother and the rest of the herd has their udders tightly attached up inside their bodies, not sagging between their legs, or she will injure herself walking though briars on the trail.
