??? Number and sex of babies ???

Hi all, My last 4 yearlings kidded this past week with the final one this morning. :) Somewhere on here I read about the sex and number determination on here but couldn't get the archives to come up when I tried a search. All 4 births were single & bucklings, Am I correct ,that the doe determines the number of babies and the buck determines the sex? Could this possibally just be a fluke since the buckling was young at time of breeding( 8mos.)? This was a first kidding for all 4 does. Will any of this change or improve as the does and buck mature, or am I just wishful thinking? Gloria
