Polled buckling or what????????????

Hi all, We have a buckling that is 10 weeks old that has shown no signs of horns appearing, Is he polled or is something else wrong? Please don't laugh, I feel so dumb sometimes where goat knowledge is concerned. Is polled good or bad? Do I need to do or be aware of anything? Thanks in advance for the goat education. Gloria
