It sound like your buck could have urinary calculi,haven't had that with my bucks but it sounds like it to me. Large amounts of grain can cause this problem. Sounds like you should contact a vet asap unless someone else with more exsperience knows something else. Do you give ammonium chloride in the water for your bucks? How old is he? look to see if you can see or feel anything like crystals or a bump in the penis area. also watch for blood tinged urine. If you see any of this it is important that you contact a vet. Hope this helps some, I'm only a beginner at this.
