Need just a little more information to get a better idea as to what is going on with her. You mentioned her udder inflated and she won't let the kids nurse. is it hot to the touch or inflammed? have you stripped a little out to see if its clumpy or flakey? Have you taken her temp? I think what i would suggest without knowing any firther information is for you to check her for mastitis by having a sample of ehr milk checked, then you would know the strain of it if it was masitis.
any other indications of abnormal behavior or anything?
