Drought here,question on feeding hay.........

Hi all, We are experiencing a drought here in our area.We will have to be feeding hay much sooner than normal. We have plenty of hay, but it is all in round bales. Does anyone have a good method for feeding round bales to goats without the extreme amount of waste and prevent them from climbing all over it thus soiling it with their droppings??? Thanks,Gloria
