A friend of mine used to make soap but she said that you can buy already made soap base and add your milk to it. Since you don't add the milk until after the soap is cooked or something like that, anyhow I guess you could do it like that. There is a web site called Buffalo girls, do a search for goat milk soap and this website has a couple they sell supplies also. I used to have a recipe for sweetened condensed milk using fresh milk I will look and see if I can find it, you can make caramels with it.
