Goat Milk fudge & ice cream or soap

Does anyone have any favorite recipe for anything made from goats milk besides fudge and ice cream? We are milking 4 goats and getting way more milk than I can keep up with and hate dumping it out. I have made a few batches of fudge and a couple batches of ice cream and want to try some soap. Has anyone made soap?
