I use charcoal powder that I get from my health food store. I give it to my children when they have a stomach ache or diarrhea. It is suppose to bind with the toxins and neutralize them,is how I understand it. I did use it this spring with some baby goats that I bought that had diarrhea. I dosed them just like I would my children, 1/2 tsp, three times a day. Of course I put the goats on antibiotics too. I do have to say that the goats got better and are doing quite well. A friend of mine got goats at the same place and had the diarrhea run through her whole heard of kids this spring and lost very many of them. I am not sure why. I guess this isn't talking about poisoning so I better shut up now.
