Hi Justine, it sounds like a milk scour to me. I know how releived you will be when the owners return home! I have had to watch over some friends and families animals while they are on vaca. and something always seems to go wrong. Sounds like you are doing a good job with them, and keeping the backend cleaned off is good sometimes that can make it harder for them to poop if it isn't kept clean, it dries on and becomes sticky and hard. Keep up the good work Justine!
