Thats as bad as me getting fined for not having my dogs updated on the licsenses. The neighbors dogs (Rottwielers, Akitas, and Chow type dogs) get to run loose and Iam told to catch them. The Rotts have been a problem, the warden stopped at one Rot house and it was up to date on everything. He was told the dog was home and even though he didn't see it he believed it. Then he told me Michigan has two laws on makes it legal to kill a tresspassing dog on makes it a felonly. So what will I do? If I catch it/them in with the horses again SSS. People who are not responsible should not have dogs of any kind. To make matters worse I found a wild pup just 1/4 mile from our house if it survives this bad storm it will be here trying to get our livestock. To make things even worse we always have trespasseres here now we plan to fence in the rest of the 20 acres and put in some Longhorns I am told cows w/calves are not nice if one of these morons gets hit by our cow we are liable. Imajine that they don't belong here and we get sued. That even works if they get hurt by the electric fence on the way over... DUHH heres your sigh.
