e-mail me and I'll attach a picture of my milking stand - very simple, I built it when I was still in 4-H. Basically consists of a piece of plywood.. I think I did it 2'x4' framed the bottom with 2x3's and added legs 4x4 left over chunks from some other project. For the head restraint, I just had 2 2x4's - I screwed one in almost upright - the other I put on a wing nut - at a slight angle so it could move closer to the almost upright one to form a "v". The top has 2 staples where a double ended snap closes the two together to lock the doe's head in. alot simpiler then doing a real head stantion thing. I put a dish in an elevated plant holder (wall mart or dollar store $4) and wa-la.. done.
