Milking Stand

Does anyone know of where I can get a SIMPLE plan to make a milking stand(something I could do myself-and I have very little building talent) I need a place to put my goats so I can do hoof trimming, shots, etc. I'm finding that they are getting too big, or I am getting too old to wrestle with. Thanks.
