Hi Sedona,
We have Ammonium Chloride available in our GoatWorld Store if you can't find it elsewhere. It's going for .75 per pound.
I've always given it to our bucks at the rate of 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons of water - I change the water daily. Even when the does are in the same pen as the bucks, they all get Ammonium Chloride and it has never caused any problems for them yet.
