Some more information would help here. What is he eating now? Has he been wormed? Had his CD/T? Does he have a temperature? Are his eyes runny? Does he have a colored discharge from his nose (white or yellow)? Is he wheezing? Is his belly larger than usual? Is he having trouble urinating? Are his stools normal? Is he staggering or walking stiff? Anything you think is out of the ordinary will help us to help you.
Also, how old is your doe? If your boy isn't wethered then you may have an unwanted pregnancy to deal with. Pygmy bucks get randy at an early age and doelings can get pregnant much younger than a lot of people realize. Just a little prevention thrown in for good measure!
