When I lived in Kansas I saw the farmers there park their machinery in the pastures during the winter so the cattle could lick the grease off. Digesting this grease was hard to do so it created energy that kept the cattle warm. It gets awfully cold here sometimes but I'm not going to feed the goats grease to keep them warm....and I don't buy feed with urea in it either. Comparing cows and goats is apples and oranges!
