ok....I'm confused .... I keep getting different info on how to pasturize my goat milk. One article says to bring it up to 145 for a 30min period then to quick cool. This one says to bring up to 165 but for how long? Then do you quick cool? Please help, as I'm very new to all this :) Thank You :)
