i just found out that the two does that i got from a neighbor that are bred have been bred to a different goat than i thought. the two girls and pygmys and the buck that will be the sire is a little bit larger and he has looooong hair. i looked at pictures of cashmires and he doesnt look like this. his horns kind of curl around and he is super friendly. what kind of goat is he and will the babies have long hair like there father. and if so are they still considered purebred? or are they considered something else all together. i know this is kinda dumb and i feel like i should know this but ive only had goats for 3 months. thanks in advance.
