Webster? So he is a boy? Is he already castrated or are you going to castrate him? Either way you need to read up on all the old posts on Urinary Calculi. Horse sweet feed is fine, but nothing more than a cup a day, really! take a cup measure out with you, and see just how little this is. If you want to give him treats of fruit or veggies, crackers, black oil sunflower seeds, that is fine, but keep him our of the sweet feed! Horse or cow quality grass hay is fine, just no alfalfa for him, way to high in protein. He can lick whatever salt or mineral licks you use, and whenever you worm the horses worm him also. Pygmys are pretty easy to raise, but castrate him! vicki
