As for the barn I did a little search and found a site for two great little barns with floor plans with pictures..They even have large barns if thats more what your looking for... I think both could be easy to convert to accommidate a hay and feed storage area or extra area for a milking room.. Here is the addresses just copy and paste them and your there..
