Sorry to hear about your buck. If your vet acts quickly enough you may be able to save him. It primarily depends upon where the blockage is located. Are you seeing any urination at all? Even a small dribble? If your vet prescribes an acidifier called Ammonium Chloride, I can provide you with some. There are other acidifiers available as well that your vet might have on hand. It is important to start him on these right away - even the items that Diana C. mentioned are better tha nothing at all. Pure cranberry juice is also a fluid given to a buck with urinary calculi. If everything goes right, your buck should be able to resume breeding, but it will take quite some time for his system to flush and recover. Perhaps we can get a discussion thread going regarding feeding to prevent urinary calculi. You'll definitely want to change his feed or else the same condition will reoccur. Please keep us posted.
