I would like to ask a question of all you seasoned goat folks. Last year we tried the large round bales of hay and did not have good results with them. This year, we have gone back to the small square bales to feed them just what they need and therefore decrease waste. I would like to hear how you guys keep the goats from soiling the round bales, how you keep the bales clean and dry, and what you do to decrease wastage from them.
