coccidia treatment?

I have some 4-5 month olds kids that have really been fighting stomach worms and coccidia. I have had fecals done and this is vets info, he felt worms were more the problem than coccidia. A week after worming they started with diarhea again. I have been useing sulmet 12.5% for 5 days. Any ideas? Has anyone had limited success with the sulmet? Am I looking in the wrong direction?
