Are you using it as an individual drench or adding it to their water? I have found that putting it in their water was pretty much a waste of time and money. It smells bad and is quite bitter. And you know how funny goats are about their water. The ones that really need it just don't drink enough to do any good. I have had good success using it as a drench: 1 cc per 5 pounds the first day 1 cc per 10 pounds on days 2-5. You can safely double the dose for heavy cocci.
Low resistance to worms and coccidia has been linked to copper deficiency, too. Check to be sure your goats get enough trace minerals.
