The follow-up drug is Epenephrine. I think the vaccine that is most likely to give problems is tetanus. Anyone with more experience can correct me if I'm wrong, but from my reading that is what I have gathered. I always keep the epenephrine on hand, but never have had to use it. I don't think a reaction is real common, but I feel safer just having it around just in case.
