Boer Goats

Is there a market for 50% t0 75% doelings and bucks or should a person just market for meat goats at 3 months. I have 10 nice females this year I hate to see go for meat goats..also a real nice 3/4 buck.All are multi-births and buck line throws mostly females..When do people want buy doelings for their herds? At what age? What are considered positive traits?
Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks.
