What is his Temp?
Has he been exposed to a toxin?
Does he still have rumen function (gut noises)?
If you can tell us a little more about his situation we may be able to help you out more. Was he fine a few days ago ?
Try to offer him water with electrolytes in it. The grinding of teeth and vomiting indicates that he is in alot of pain - you want to get ahold of a vet, or experienced goat person to try to pinpoint his source of distress. If he's very dehydrated, he may need IV fluids and help from a vet.
I wouldn't wait too long to figure out what went wrong. Hopefully others have a little more insite then me on this situation. You can also go to Goat 911 to get some help from people who have been dealing with goats for many years.
Let us know how he's doing
