This is one of those situations where one needs to observe the doe for a while. Usually pawing and getting up and down, like they can't get comfortable is a good sign of beginning labor. Is she moaning or more like a humming? Some of my does start humming when they are resting soon after being bred and some do it the last couple of months, some not at all. When several are humming, I call it the pg chorus, it really sounds like an off-key choir.
I would think that if she was trying to have the kids two days ago and couldn't by today she would be feeling bad. Is she real sunk in around the end of the spine where the tail attaches and is her udder real full?
