Specifications: Type A medicated articles: 50 grams per pound. The quantities of antibiotics are expressed in terms of the equivalent amount of antibiotic standard. Conditions of use: Chickens (growing) Amount: 4 to 50 grams per ton of feed. Indications: For increased rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency. Limitations: For growing chickens. Turkeys (growing) Amount: 4 to 50 grams per ton of feed. Indications: For increased rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency. Limitations: For growing turkeys Pheasants (growing) Amount: 4 to 50 grams per ton of feed. Indications: For increased rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency. Limitations: For growing pheasants. Quail (growing) Amount: 5 to 20 grams per ton of feed. Indications: For increased rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency. Limitations: Feed as the Type C feed to starting quail through 5 weeks of age. Chickens (laying) Amount: 10 to 25 grams per ton of feed. Indications: Improved feed efficiency and increased egg production. Limitations: No limitations are included in the CFR for this species when using this product in this amount. Swine (growing and finishing) Amount: 10 to 50 grams per ton of feed. Indications: Increased rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency. Limitations: For growing and finishing swine. Amount: 20 grams per ton of feed. Indications: Increased rate of weight gain. Limitations: In Type C feed. Amount: 20 to 40 grams per ton of feed. Indications: Improved feed efficiency. Limitations: In type C feed. NAS/NRC status: These conditions are NAS/NRC reviewed and found effective.
