JumpStart Gel would be better. It is used as part of the Fastrack Goat Program.

You can use the probios for horses, it is impossible to overdose it is just natural digestive microbes. Give according to weight.

I found some probios says it a gel for horses. Is that ok? how much should I give. Also got some geritol will give that say you said. Also picked up some pro-lyte plus (Nutritional/Energy supplement) I keep drench her food until I see her eating hay and I will start antibotics 2x day. Thanks!

It can take a couple of weeks for her iron to come back up. You can give Geritol at the adult dose twice a day to help. Her not eating may be from the worms. Check all the rest of your goats too, they serve as a source of reinfection. Her temp going up probably indicates some sort of infection. Could be uterine, could be respiratory (goats that lay down alot are very prone to pneumonia). I would start her on Naxcel at 1 cc per 50 pounds twice a day. You can use plain yogurt in place of the probios (probiotics) give 2 to 4 tablespoons by drench.

Feeding the kids is putting quite a drain on her. You might consider taking 2 and leaving her with one so she doesn't pine for them.
