This is likely from his being a little piggy last night. You don't really want to stop the scouring right now,it is his body's way of getting rid of too much food. He feels kinda bad right now, just as you would. For most meds (like pepto) you have to give them by force with a syringe. But if he were mine I would let it run its course today and if not better by this evening then maybe some pepto. You might give a teaspoon of so of baking soda dissolved in a little water to help with acidosis. Go easy on his milk today too, don't let him overeat.

At this age you can start leaving him a bit hungry to encourage eating hay and grain and other goat food.

You also need to watch for coccidia. If he still has diarrhea tomorrow start him on a course of a sulfa drug. Most feed stores carry Albon or Sulmet 12.5% drinking water solution (it is labeled for use in poultry and cattle). Use this as it comes straight from the bottle and give 1 cc per 5 pounds for 5 straight days. This he will take mixed with his milk...Then you can give it once a week until he is 6 to 9 months old to help prevent coccidia. By that age most goats will have developed an immunity to coccidia.

I have a 5 wk old goat this morning who is scouring. He ate a little more milk last night than usual. It is a white and yellowish, runny . Tried giving him pepto bismol from a bottle but he refused it, should I just watch him and skip a feeding or try giving it through a sringe. He is still up walking around but not his normal self.
