Deworming her effectively will usually stop the scours. Most of the time scours are from worms. Maggie Leman Goat 911 Capri Medic

I suspect joint ill in the baby. I have had good luck treating this with LA 200 (oxytetracycline) give 1 cc per 30 pounds (for young pygmy kids I give 0.3 cc or about 1/3 cc) once a day for 10 days. You must treat for 10 days. For the pepto bismol in an adult goat give the adult human dose. This will help with diarrhea but not actually treat the cause of the diarrhea. The vitamin B is often used for treating goat polio, a thiamin deficiecny that causes a goat to act drunk, stagger, go blind, circle, head press.... What is wrong with the adult doe? You just say has "it" pretty bad but I don't know what "it" is. Maggie Leman Goat 911 Capri Medic
