I have a goat that kidded yesterday, but she has no milk coming out. Her bag is extremly large but I couldnt get any milk to come out. They are somewhat hard when I tried to check her milk. What can I do to fix this.

Start the kids on bottles. There is a good formula for a homemade milk replacer on the articles page under Kids and Kidding. Plain whole cows milk (from the grocery store) will work fine too. The canned goats milk is very expensive and tastes terrible.

Try warm compresses. It is too late now for colostrum for the kids, but kids have survived without it. You have to use proper milking technique. If you are pinching off the teat and pulling your fingers down stretching the teat you won't get any milk. To milk properly close off the top of the teat by squeezing it in the crotch between your thumb and first finger. While keeping this closed on the teat, close each finger in succession going down the teat to "push" the milk out. Do not pull downward. Sometimes the colostum can be very thick at first and there is a dark plug of wax in each teat too. Stroking the udder downwards toward the teats will encourage the doe to let her milk down.
