If the kids are doing well and are strong and playful and nursing there is no reason to keep them separate from the herd more than a few days to a week. Increase her grain SLOWLY, don't just suddenly double her feeding. She needs plenty of hay (they all do) not necessarily more grain. Goohay or good forage should be 90 percent or more of their diet. Sounds like you are doing fine.

A smaller weaker kid will get pushed out by the stronger siblings. The best thing is to confine the new family so he can't get separated from the doe.

Most does especially those with triplets need extra nutrition. You might want to start her on some grain, a handful twice a day at first building up to the amount suggested on the bag. A good loose mineral specifically for goats (not sheep and goats, not enough copper in these) and free choice horse qyality grass hay. She really is eating for 4 now.
