Recurring diarrhea can be from worms or coccidia. When was she last dewormed, what medication was used and how much per pound was given? Safeguard and Panacur are mostly ineffective aven at very high doses. Check her lower inner eyelids for color, they should be deep rosy or salmon pink. If they are pale pink or white she is anemic from worms. I recommend givien Ivermectin Injectable for cattle given orally at 1 cc per 25 pounds. Be absolutely sure to give enough, most peope seriously underestimate the weight of young goats. It is safe so you can go way over without hurting the goat. It can also be coccidia, another internal parasite. For coccidia you should give a sulfa drug, such as Sulmet or Albon 12.5% drinking water solution, used full strength and given at 1 cc per 5 pounds the first day then 1 cc per 10 pounds for 4 more days.
