He will be fine, may limp a bit for a day or two. The dose for motrin is 1 cc per 10 pounds, but don't worry about the amount you gave it is perfectly safe just more than he needs.

I went out to our goats pen after work today and my 4 month old nigerian dwarf jumped off of his plank he plays on but I think he may have twisted his leg wrong (he was in a hurry for a treat). He was really limping on it for a while. I went back out about 30-45 minutes later and he seemed to have worked out his leg for the most part. He's still limping on it a little though so I gave him Childrens Motrin. He's about 20 pounds so I gave him the dosage on the bottle, 4 cc. Is that the correct dosage? BTW - We felt around on his leg and he didn't flinch. It doesn't look or feel swollen either.
