Goat milk will test higher in the cell count because goats naturally shed more epithelial cells which then test as a marginal mastitis. Have the milk cultured to see if it really is bacteria. Cobalt deficiency has been cited in high cell counts. Consult with the nearest vet school about appropriate testing.

We have bacteria problems in the milk since June. My SPC counts are TNTC..I need help we have tested eveything including each goat, all equipment. We wash the goats and equipment before and after each milking. Our milk inspector is at a loss he has no idea why it's high..HELP
