hydrogen peroxide kills skin tissue , don't continuiously clean with h202. use saline or just water with some disenfectant like diluted betadine scrub. then place your ointment on., don't forget your antibiotic |

If it is not bleeding badly I just pour Hydrogen Peroxide on it to keep it clean. Goats use their ears and horns for A/C. We have a few that have torn their ear tags off and leave holes but it does not bother them. I think you have done the right things. |

Took my billies to a friends house to seperate from my nannies, and his goat dog bit a large hole over one billies ear. I boiled out with peroxide, and put some triple antibiotic ointment on it,and gave it some nuflor. Any advice i think it needs stithes. |
