Thank-you for all your help. Rudy just past away, he was my first goat and best goat and I will greatly miss him. I should have started treating him sooner but he just didnt seem that bad.

The low temp indicates a ruminal problem and/or shock. I would try treating for polio, the only effective treatment is thiamin. You can use Fortified B Complex and give 1 cc per 20 pounds every 3 to 6 hours the first day and then 2 to 3 times a day for 5 to 7 more days.

You may have under dosed the ivermectin. The current recommended dose is 1 cc per 20 to 25 pounds you gave enough for a 60 to 75 pound goat. But I'm not real sure that worms is on the top of his list of problems right now.

If you have a vet call him and suggest your goat may be thiamin deficient.

He is doing much worse today. Yesterday he was up walking around and eating like crazy, today he is down, cant stand up, wont eat or drink, his temp is low and he is shaking. He is about a 15 year old pygmy wether and weighs about 80 pounds, I gave him the ivermectin injectable orally (3 cc), I gave him 5 grams of Probiotic Power for goats, and 1 ounce of Power Punch for goats which is a high potency goat nutient and energy drench. I know he is old and it may be his time, but I would like to try what ever I can to help him, any other suggestions are appreciated.
His eye lids appeared slightly pink but not rosey when I checked them, I have a goat coat on him now because of his low temp and shaking.

Look at his lower inner eyelids, they should be deep rosy to salmon pink. If they are pale or white he is anemic and still wormy. I recommend using Ivermectin Injectable for cattle, give it orally at 1 cc per 20 to 25 pounds. Repeat in 2 weeks. I would also give a probiotic or yogurt with active cultures (2 to 3 tablespoons per dose) once or twice a day for a week or so to replenish his digestive microbes. Keep him OUT OF THE APPLES. You can start him back on a little grain, a handful at first. You might want to treat for polio too, give Fortified B Complex at 1 cc per 20 pounds 2 to 3 times a day for 3 to 4 days. This will also help heal his gut.

It started I beleive with overeating grain about a month ago, his poop has not returned to normal although the initial watery diahria only lasted about two days. I treated him with Kaopectin and probiotics and wormed him but it is still mushy and he goes often, and he has become very thin. I read somewhere that his rumin may need to be detoxified? He doesnt seem to be chewing his cud, atleast not normally. He has been eating apples from a neighbors fence which I have since moved him away from just incase this is the cause. Due to his age I do not think he can take much more of the weight loss. He is eating, sometimes like he is starving, just devouring the food. I have cut him off from any grain for about 3 weeks now. He is with 8 other goats including 2 young kids and they are all fine indicating to me that it is not something contagious.
