Cut her grain ration in half or less for a few days. I would give her Milk of Magnesia to help move the rest of the excess grain out and to help with the acidosis. Use the adult dose. You should give probios to help replenish the lost digestive microbes too. The diarrhea is her body's way of getting rid of a problem (grain overload). If you have CD antitoxin give her that too. This should not harm her twins except that her milk production may fall off for a few days. Dry cobb IS grain, as is sweet feed, oats, corn, barley, pelleted goat feed.. Just to be sure she hasn't suddenly broke with a big load of worms check her lower inner eyelid for color too. It should be bright rosy or salmon pink. If it is pale pink or white deworm her. The stress of being overfed, nursing kids and the time of year she may actually be suffering from worms more than the excess grain. Maggie Leman Goat 911 Capri Medic
