Could be lungworms. Deworming with a sufficient dose of Ivermectin. Using the Ivermectin Injectable for Cattle, give 1 cc per 25 pounds orally, be sure to give enough, do not underdose, give for 2 days repeat in 2 weeks. This should kill the lungowrms, healing can take a while, the dead parasite must be absorbed by the surrounding tissue and the lung has to heal.

?can goats have asthma, have a young buckling, breathing heavey after ,play , or excitment has had 2 different courses of antibiotics
