I don't know if you have it, but I use low level (pet or dog) electirc fencer with wire at the top of my livestock fence, because I have 2 jumping and climbing goats that used to hang all over the fence until they pushed it down low enough to jump. they get close enough to touch it with their whiskers and that is it. You would still have to have a sturdy livestock or some other fence to keep her from slipping under the electric. Just a thought.

Probably not. Barb wire around goats is not a good idea. And if she has horns a chicken wire fence won't last long. A lone goat will do almost anything to rejoin the herd.

I need to seperate a boer nanny from the rest of the heard for about a month. Will 4 foot tall chicken wire and 1 or to strands of barb wire contain her??
