So sorry to read your post Mary. I went through the same thing with my old man July 1st 2000. Its a hard thing to do, Mutt was an english shepard and one of the best around. My ex husband had picked him up at a dump in 1984. I swear Mutt, (no his name did not fit him after about 2 weeks of us having him ), but the name stuck and he was the most intelligent dogs I would never hope to know and by far NOT a mutt. He was about 6 or 7 weeks old when he came into our lives. My thoughts are with you and your family during this trying time. Sandy & Kids
